I’ve had no time for this
And I screwed up but I’m getting back on track tomorrow. Starting Jillian Michaels 30 day shred tomorrow. I took before photos tonight and if I look decent by the end of the 30 days, I’ll share my results.
Tomorrow will be better
I’m pretty sure I went over 1000 calories. I had a fight with my roommate’s girlfriend so I gave in and ate a rice krispie square and had a bigger dinner than I wanted. I’m not going to lose my willpower tomorrow. I won’t have time to make lunch or dinner so I’m going to leave my debit card at home and pack a small amount of veggies so I can eat those. I can’t go buying the pizza sandwich roll things if I don’t have the money.
On the upside of things, I worked out really hard at the gym today. I did a new program on the elliptical which was really intense and worked the weights. I don’t have time to go back to the gym tomorrow but I will for sure on Wednesday.

Day Two: What is your favourite diet snack food?
I’ve never really thought of food as “diet food” since the food I started eating once I came to university is considered “diet” by many. I don’t eat processed food so I eat a ton of fruits and vegetables. But I guess if I had to choose I’d say apples since they are one of the few fruits that don’t cost $5 in the winter.
(I also realize apples are packed full of sugar but it is a good type of sugar and thanks to my stupid body, I need sugar or else I could end up in the hospital)
Today was alright
It’s 8pm so there are a few hours of temptation but I think I can handle it since I will be in my room pretty soon.
Pro of the day:
-Ate under 1000 calories. My calculations say 930 but my dinner was about 1/3 of the serving size (leftovers) so it may have been less.
Con of the day:
-Had to skip the gym because of a headache. Going to work out hard tomorrow
